We want you—and your dog—to be happy with your order. If something’s off, we’re always open to making it right. Here's how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible:

Treats must be in their original packaging

Must be mostly unused

And there must be a clear issue with the product (quality, damage, etc.)

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns just because your dog didn’t like the flavor—taste preferences vary, and we can’t resell returned treats.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll inspect them and let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll process it back to your original payment method within a few days.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet or if we haven’t started production on made-to-order items, we may be able to offer a partial or full refund. Just reach out as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at your expense, and original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.

We’re a small business that makes things fresh—especially our larger sized options—so we appreciate your patience! Most orders ship out within 5 business days, but since some products are made to order, it might take us up to 10 business days to get everything ready and packed with care. If your order is time-sensitive, feel free to reach out—we'll always do our best to help.

Shipping Rates (U.S. only):

Orders under 1 lb: $5 flat rate

Orders 1–2 lbs: $6.50 flat rate

Orders over 2 lbs: $8 flat rate

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. From there, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Local Pickup Option

Prefer to skip the shipping? You’re welcome to pick up your order at any of our farmers markets while they’re in season. Just select the farmers market that has a date, time, and location that works for you under the Local Pickup option at checkout. You’ll get an email letting you know that your order is ready prior to the day of the market.
